ARA Concepts provided the functional design and managed the construction of a 13000 sqft joint seniors lodge and group home.

Ara Concept built a 2000 sqft convenience store which included 1 staff room, 1 handicap washroom, storage area,and a mechanical room. The store is a typical convenience store with equipment such as coolers, freezer and refrigerator to allow for the sale of frozen products, dairy products, soft drinks, and juices. etc. The gondola shelving enables the store to stock popular household items such as canned foods, snack foods such as potato chips, chocolates, laundry products, and automotive products such motor oil.
